Rick Davies (1944-2025)

Rick Davies was the founder and keyboardist of Supertramp. He was born in Swindon, UK, on 22 July 1944. He died from complications of the disease on 6 September 2025, at the age of 81, at his home in East Hampton, New York, USA.

This weekend I am doing a special set with Supertramp tracks that were mainly sung and composed by Rick Davies. R.I.P.

Solstice - Clann (2025)

Solstice was founded in Milton Keynes, UK in 1980, as a band project by guitarist Andy Glass. They have released eight studio albums so far. The featured album of this weekend is their latest release 'Clann' (2025). They play modern sounding melodic progressive rock with a jazzy and sometimes funky feel. With female vocals and excellent playing on each instrument, be it violin, guitar, bass, keyboards or drums.
