Prog Rock ABC: A for Anubis

This week I am starting a new series of shows called "Prog Rock ABC". In it I am revisiting artists from my progressive rock collection, whose names start with a specific letter.
It will take place every Thursday at 1-3 pm SLT.
This Thursday I am starting with the letter A. I will play an album by Australian band Anubis, plus tracks from Atmosphera, Arachnoid and Abel Ganz.
Let's see how it goes!
The events Saturdays and Sundays take place as usual.

Rosalie Cunningham - Two Piece Puzzle (2022)

Rosalie Cunningham is a musician from the UK. She was the driving force behind the band Purson. After the break-up of the band she worked towards a solo career and released her self-titled album in 2019. This weekend I am presenting her second album 'Two Piece Puzzle'. Similar to Purson the music is heavily influenced by the psychedelic rock scene of the late 60's, beginning of the 70's. She plays all instruments by herself, except drums and violins.

The time is out of joint (part 2)

North America already switched to 'Daylight Saving Time' while Europe is still in the 'Normal Time'. So this is the second week, in which all events given in SLT time take place for Europeans one hour earlier. Therefore, I am continuing the theme: Time! These are the strangest times!

The time is out of joint (part 1)

This weekend it happens again. North America switches to 'Daylight Saving Time' while Europe stays in the 'Normal Time' for another two weeks before it will switch as well. Which means that in these two weeks, all events given in SLT time take place for Europeans one hour earlier. So just hurry, and don't be late!
On this occasion I am playing a theme: Time!

Unitopia - Artificial (2010)

Unitopia is a band from Australia. founded 1996 and disbanded in 2014. After they split up two bands emerged from them: United Progressive Fraternity and Southern Empire. Unitopia is playing melodious prog rock. I am playing the album 'Artificial' in its entirety.
