Review 2019 part 1

It is time for a review of the year. I am spinning excerpts of albums which I played in the past 11 month. If you missed something this is the opportunity to catch up! Orion 2.0: Virtual Human (2019)

Orion is a French progressive rock band founded 1975, disbanded in 1980 and reformed in 2011. The first album I heard from them was 'Le Survivant' (2017) which immediately sparked my interest. After a small reforming they call themselves now Orion 2.0 and have released a new album, on which they also sing English for the first time on 5 of the 7 tracks. The music can be described as art rock with sophisticated arrangements and a jazzy touch.
